If you have a windscreen chip and it’s smaller than an Australian $1 coin and not impeding the driver’s vision you may only require a repair.

You’ll need to replace your windscreen if you have;

Any chip bigger than an Australian $1 coin

One or more cracks 3cm and longer on the driver’s side of the windscreen

Any other damage that obstructs vision in drivers line of sight.
